When you add a product to your cart, you're joining (or starting) a group deal for that item. Once enough buyers join — usually 2 to 5 people — the deal locks in and everyone gets the discounted group price. If the group doesn't fill before the timer expires, you won't be charged.
Go to the Orders tab in the app. You'll see real-time status for every order — Confirmed, Packed, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. You'll also get push notifications at each step.
Yes, you can cancel before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Open the order in the app and tap Cancel Order. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you can request a return after delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds go to your Housemash wallet. You'll receive an email confirmation once initiated.
We're sorry about that! Open the order in the app, tap Report Issue, and upload a photo. Our team reviews it within 24 hours and arranges a replacement or refund.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@housemash.in with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We'll process it within 7 business days and confirm once done.
