Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Housemash mobile application provided by Housemash Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You must not use another person’s account without permission.

3. Group Buying

• Group deals require a minimum number of participants to be activated.
• If a group deal does not reach its minimum size before expiry, the deal may be cancelled.
• Prices shown are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and approved digital payment methods.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; cancellation after dispatch is subject to our Returns Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Create fake accounts or manipulate group buying counts.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Housemash Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Housemash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
